Hello there — I’m Dasha, founder of Wellness by Ari. We’re based in North Carolina, where we handcraft small-batch products for the home, body, and family using simple, intentional ingredients rooted in nature.
What began in early 2018 as a search for a cleaner candle quickly grew into something much bigger. After burning a gifted candle in our home and noticing black residue in our children’s noses, we knew we wanted something different — something safer, cleaner, and truly beneficial for the home environment. That moment sparked the beginning of our journey and the creation of our original 100% pure beeswax candles.
From the very beginning, our mission has been simple: create products for our family that we could feel completely good about using — then share them with yours.
At Wellness by Ari, we focus on natural, eco-conscious products made with time-honored, ancestral ingredients. We believe in bringing back the beauty of traditional, nourishing ingredients that have been used for generations — ingredients like grass-fed tallow, raw beeswax, goat milk, mineral-rich salts, botanicals, and pure essential oils. Every product is created with the goal of supporting wellness, simplifying ingredients, and offering a more natural alternative to the synthetic, overly processed products that fill so many shelves today.

Our Candles
Our candles remain at the heart of Wellness by Ari. We use 100% pure beeswax as the base for our candles because it offers one of the cleanest and longest burns available. Beeswax has a naturally subtle honeyed aroma, a beautiful golden glow, and a high melting point that provides exceptional burn time. We pair it with carefully selected essential oils to create fragrances that are both beautiful and purposeful.
Our Beeswax
We source our beeswax from beekeepers around the USA (ONLY )choosing high-quality wax that may naturally vary in color from season to season depending on the flowers the bees pollinate. We love these natural variations — they are part of what makes each batch unique and true to nature.
We also use hemp + wooden wicks chosen for their clean burn and sustainable sourcing.
Our Philosophy
We say no to unnecessary fillers, overpowering synthetic fragrances, and ingredients that don’t align with our values. Instead, we choose to formulate with ingredients that feel closer to the way things were always meant to be: simple, nourishing, and rooted in creation.
