Hello there, I’m Dasha— the founder of Wellness by Ari. We are based in Matthews North Carolina and this is where we create our 100% Pure Beeswax Candle. We focus on eco-friendly products and providing a high-quality, hand-poured candle each and every time.
In early 2018, Ari Candles began from a desire to create not just a candle but something that will purify and benefit the atmosphere and air quality of your home. This desire came after burning a candle that was gifted to us and seeing black residue in our kids noses after burning the candle. That’s when we said “Never Again!” and began working on creating a candle that would not only be pleasant to burn but beneficial.
Our Ingredients
We use 100% Pure Beeswax as the base for our candles because it not only provides the purest and longest burn, with little to no smoking, but it also releases negative ions which bind to toxins to help remove them from the air. This is especially beneficial for those who struggle with asthma, allergies, or are sensitive to strong scents. The choice was clear as this is the nectar of luxury— It has a hypoallergenic and nontoxic burn, a natural aroma that is subtly sweet and has a high melting point which provides exceptional burn time. We use Certified Organic Hemp Wicks because Hemp burns clean and smoke free, its sustainably sourced, do not require any type of trimming and unlike cotton, is never treated with pesticides as it is naturally resistant to pests.
Our Beeswax
We only use Beeswax from Apiaries around the USA providing the highest quality wax available. Wax colors may differ from season to season depending on the flowers the bees pollinate during that particular season.
Our Fragrances
We pair the natural scent of Beeswax with essential oils to provide a candle which not only smells great but gives you all the amazing benefits at the same time. Essential oils are organic compounds extracted from plants with tremendous healing properties. Using essential oils for healing purposes is often called aromatherapy, which is a holistic treatment seeking to improve physical, mental and emotional health.
