Refund policy

RETURNS:

All sales are final. We look at returns/exchanges on a case by case basis, however, these cases only include damaged goods during transit or a manufacturer defect.

We cannot be responsible for a refund or exchange because you don’t like the scent after ordering. Unfortunately, on our website, we cannot let you preview the scent before ordering, so you are ordering at your own discretion.

We will not accept any returns of candles that have been lit and burned incorrectly and have resulted in drowned wicks, tunneling or other candle issues.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-2 business days.

Again, please e-mail us to discuss your return prior to shipping your product back. If we reject your refund after inspection of your candle, we will not ship your product back unless you pay for the second-time shipping.

When provided a refund for a damaged product, your shipping and handling costs are not included. You can request this amount to be refunded, and once the claim for your damaged candle is received, we will then honor the shipping costs back to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your order for a full refund within the first 48 hours of submitting order. For flash sales and online sales, you must request to cancel within 24 hours so we can restock the items to be sold to someone else.

SHIPPING POLICY:

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours unless a special order is made. Then the turn around is two business days. Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

FedEx

Order Tracking:

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates:

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders:

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
