All orders are processed the next business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

During the holiday season or high-volume periods, there may be slight delays due to shipping carriers. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

We offer flat rate shipping of $6.00 on all U.S. orders.

 

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

 

 

 

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier. Most standard shipments arrive within 3–7 business days after processing.

 

Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and may be impacted by carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasonal volume.

 

 

 

Order Tracking

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 

 

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

 

Wellness by Ari is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged items and packaging.
